MEAT FACTS
Animal fat is by far the worst thing we can put in our bodies clogging our arteries and our colons. Our digestive systems were made to eat fibrous plants, vegetables and fruit.

Human colons are different from dogs and cats. Dogs and cats have a straight "stove pipe", and are able to quickly eliminate what they eat so they don't need fiber the way humans do.

Human colons go around in a circle on a convoluted pathway with many pockets, puckers, pouches, twists and turns. We need raw fiber, fresh juices, leafy vegetables. Fiber acts as a brush or broom.

Since the early 1950's, most beef cattle and chickens have been "grown" using synthetic estrogen, a steroid made from mare's urine. This gets them to market bigger and quicker so the farmer can make more money. A chicken normally grows in 16 weeks. An estrogen farmer can do it in 6 weeks!

For little girls, eating meat that has been injected with  estrogen  causes, among other things, premature menstrual cycles and puberty at 10, 11 and12 years of age instead of 15 or 16, when it's supposed to occur, physically and emotionally. Women of course, make natural estrogen for child-bearing years and then slow production. Most cattle farmers use a wide variety of chemicals and antibiotics. Some of them use animal renderings for feed.

WATER FACTS
A person who lives to be 70, will drink approximately 4500 gallons of water. If that water is tap water they'll drink between 200 to 300 pounds of "rock" (calcium or lime). That rock is what causes gall stones, kidney stones, hardening of the arteries & calcium deposits. When an elderly person has trouble thinking or reasoning, it's because the small capillaries in their brains have been clogged with years of calcium build up.

We don't put tap water into steam irons because it clogs up the small holes.

ABC News did a study and found 700 "items" in our drinking water. The EPA is only required to test for 14. Get a water distiller and start clearing out your arteries. It can eventually clean the rock out of your system.

BREAD FACTS
In the bread making process. The miller takes the living grain of wheat and removes the outer shell called the bran (fiber) and either throws it away or sells it to health food stores.

Then he removes the wheat germ (which contains all the nutrients) because it gums up his machinery and sells it to health food stores. Then he takes what is left called the endosperm and grinds it into a fine powder. But this powder is not white so he bleaches it, often using a bleaching agent similar to Clorox.

Now the flour is ready for the ingredients (poisons like sugar, salt, dough conditioners and preservatives) and baking... but it contains zero fiber and zero nutrients. Knowing the majority of the public will not buy a product that does not have at leastsome nutritive value posted on the wrapper, the bread maker puts into this dead, fiberless, nutritionally void substance, some artificial, coal tar derived vitamins and minerals which have been known to  cause cancer. Now he can label it "enriched" and pass it on to the unsuspecting public as something that is supposed to be good food.

White flour is used in schools to make paste, which is just what it does in our digestive tract, causing constipation.

Chromium helps escort glucose to the cells. 80% of Americans are chromium deficient. It's a trace mineral in wheat, but 72% of it is missing in white flour.

Another problem with bread is yeast. Almost every food that is fermented (like wine) or is moldy contains yeast and contributes to yeast growth. Yeasts can live in the body. Yeasts live off of sugar and starch.

When you take a diet high in refined carbohydrates, yeast germs (Candida Albicons) proliferate. Increased numbers of
yeast germs put out toxins which depress the immune system and increase your susceptibility to food and chemical allergies, infections and other illnesses.

Other things that can contribute to this are beer, pizza, cheese, (especially moldy cheeses) sweet drinks, sweet foods and sugar in almost everything that is processed including breakfast cereals.

The best way to stop this, besides the dietary changes is to eat garlic, yogurt (with live cultures only), flaxseed oil and adiet high in beta carotene and vitamin C.

The 7 worst things we can put in our bodies are:
Animal products (meat, dairy and eggs), salt, sugar, "enriched" white flour and hydrogenated oils. Read more about bread.

  COLON FACTS
The "transit time" for an average American to    expel waste material is 96 hours. It's supposed to be 16-24! Meat you ate years ago may still be in you today. Think about it. We put dead meat in a 98.6 degree body. We know what a dead animal smells like after 3 or 4 days in the hot sun.

The average human colon is impacted with years of putrefied fecal matter which causes many diseases including colon cancer. Want to check your "transit time"? Eat some beets. Better yet drink some beet juice. Mark your calendar. When you see the red color change, add up the days! Corn doesn't count. That's your transit time. Read more about the colon.

DAIRY FACTS
Dairy is the second most dangerous substance we can put in our bodies. We are  told that milk is the perfect food and that it is needed for calcium. We are not told that pasteurizing milk (heating it to 160 degrees or higher) changes the calcium to an inorganic form which cannot be assimilated by the body.

In nature, no other animal pasteurizes its milk. No animal naturally drinks the milk of an animal of another species and no other animal is fed milk by it's mother after its weaning.

The inorganic calcium we put in our bodies can form kidney stones, gall stones, tumors and calcium deposits in our joints, while leaving our bones deficient in calcium. The calcium in pasteurized milk is just as inorganic as that used in making cement. Organic calcium on the other hand is found in abundance in raw carrots or green leafy vegetables. Read more about dairy.

SUGAR FACT
White sugar is a poison. It's white because its bleached. Cane sugar is normally light brown. The sugar in three - 12oz soft drinks (30 teaspoons) is enough to paralyze the immune system for one (1) whole day. We always have bacteria and viruses floating in the air but if your immune system is not functioning properly, guess what? Read more about sugar.

SALT FACTS
Table salt or sodium chloride is an inorganic sodium compound formed by the union of sodium and chloride. Sodium chloride causes the body to retain fluid trying to shield the cells from this protoplasmic poison in an effort to keep it out of the cells.

High salt and high fat both seriously impair the immune system.  Salt also clogs up the blood stream. Our advice is not to use table salt. If you must use salt, use sea salt. Sea salt has not been combined with chloride. Read more about salt.

COOKING FACTS
Concentrated fruit juice has been cooked at 350 degrees or more, killing off all the nutrients and vitamins. The only way you're going to get vitamins and minerals from juice is to juiceit yourself using fresh fruit and vegetables. It gets into your blood stream in 10 minutes.

Cooking your food destroys over 80% of its nutrients. When you push yourself away from the table after eating a cooked meat, cooked potato, cooked vegetable, cooked bread and cooked dessert and head to your easy chair. You have given your body almost nothing in nutrition and are slowly starving it to death. Eighty per cent of your diet should be raw vegetables and fruit.

AIR FACTS
We all know that we have polluted the air outside and damaged the ozone. What about the air inside?

Americans spend 90% of their time indoors, at home or the office. Dust and dirt enter our homes and are trapped in the pad of our carpets.

Germs have no means of locomotion unless they attach themselves to particles of dust. Dust mite excrement is  prone to cause allergic reaction. These microscopic dinosaurs live close to their food source - dead skin. Our beds can become their cafeteria and breeding ground.

If we had to pay for our air we would insist that it was clean and pure. Our duct work is full of mold, mildew, dust and bacteria. Modern homes are becoming more and more energy efficient which means they allow for almost no fresh air to circulate through the house. Nature destroys germs and dust outdoors but our energy efficient homes keep nature out and germs in.

80% of what you see floating in ray of sunshine in your house is dead skin from people who have been in the house.

Nature cleans air this way: The sun gives off electrical charges, changing some positive particles in the air to a negative charge. These negative particles attach themselves to a positive particle and they join becoming too heavy to stay airborne. As nature's most powerful oxidizing agent, ozone reduces the contaminants to harmless natural substances.

Problems with the colon and constipation is the number one affliction underlying nearly every ailment. It can be imputed to be the initial, primary cause of nearly every disturbance of the human system interfering over a period of time with the functioning of every cell, organ and gland. Read more about air.

THE RIGHT DIET
The biggest, strongest creatures on earth (the gorilla, the horse and the elephant) are vegetarians. We feed billions of tons of very nutritious grain, which has loads of fiber and is low in fat, to animals and get back much less tonnage of meat which is not even remotely as nutritious as the grain we fed them in the first place. If all the grain we gave animals were given to humans we could, theoretically, eradicate hunger and sickness all over the world. The worst that could happen is we'd feel better, have more energy, live longer and save more money at the grocery store, doctor's office and drug store.

Companies cut down the rain forests in South America to make room to raise cattle for North American fast food restaurants. Rain forests help increase the oxygen supply in our atmosphere. It is said that it takes 55 square feet of rain forest to be cut down for every hamburger.
